Joel White
Joel White founded Arlington Bridge Builders in 2010 based on a strong desire to unite churches to serve our neighbors, encourage discipleship, and share the Gospel. He is also the founder and President of Horizon Government Affairs, a DC-based consultancy that has helped enact 40 laws since its founding in 2007. The ABB model is based on Joel’s decades of experience in building successful coalitions to advance policies that provide affordable health coverage and that use data and technology to make health care work better.
Joel is on the boards of Samaritan Inns, one of the largest homeless and addiction treatment organizations in DC, the Schizophrenia and Psychosis Action Alliance, a patient advocacy group, SafeNetRx, which delivers free medicine to those in need, and Chaddock Behavioral Health, which serves children with severe mental and emotional needs.
He is a member of Cherrydale Baptist Church and resides in Virginia with his wife and three sons.
