Scott J. Muchow

Scott J. Muchow is Founder and Managing Director, Muchow Group. He is a businessman who has acquired, developed, and sold 50+ single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties in nearly two decades as a real estate developer in both Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland. Previously, he worked on Capitol Hill and has served in various roles in church ministry. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies from Colby College. Even more important than his track record as a developer, Scott is a Kingdom Entrepreneur who is using his business to advance God’s purposes here in the DMV and beyond. He has a heart for pastors and helping them thrive in life and ministry.

Howie Levin 

Howie Levin cultivates potential in leaders, connecting and mobilizing them for community transformation. He serves as Executive Director for OneHeartDC, a collaboration of over 750 churches, nonprofits and businesses in the Metro Washington DC region. He has also served on several non-profit boards involved in community, leadership and spiritual development, serving immigrants, and redeeming the lives of refugees and human trafficking victims. Previously he served as a pastor at McLean Bible Church here in the DMV. Earlier in his career, he spent 30 years in the electric power industry designing, building and operating nuclear generating stations. He was a founder or principal in several businesses focused on leadership and organization development and technical consulting. He has graduate degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Capital Bible Seminary.
