Good News for the City is  a radio partnership with OneheartDC & WAVA where we coming together to tell stories of the good news of God working through churches and ministries collaborating for greater Kingdom impact. It’s about people in the DMV that are mobilized and making a Kingdom difference in our city.

Today Tom Moyer and Don Kroah from WAVA talked about the power of Christian radio and looked at the Kingdom work being done on a global scale.

Don Kroah

The Don Kroah Show is one of the longest running local talk shows in the DC market, currently in its 20th year of broadcast on WAVA. Don also is the Host of the Salem Radio Network weekly nationally syndicated program “The Christian Outlook”.  Don currently serves as Senior Pastor of Plymouth Haven Baptist Church in Alexandria, VA.  He also serves as President of “Reach Africa Now”, a non-profit ministry equipping pastors for ministry work and helping build Christian Schools and a Christian Medical Clinic in Africa.

Station manager for a cluster of radio stations for the Salem Media Group in the Washington DC market including WAVA AM & FM stations, siriusXM Family Talk 131 & WRC Radio. As a station manager Tom provides oversight of all station functions, sales, programming and employee management.
