Reginald Bean is Vice President of Culture, Engagement & Stewardship for Coca-Cola Consolidated. In his role, Reginald is responsible for providing strategic direction and planning while promoting a purpose driven, values based culture through effective employee engagement. Additionally, Reginald’s responsibilities include developing external relationships with strategic outreach organizations designed to enhance the experience for employees, customers and partners.
Prior to joining CocaCola Consolidated, Reginald also served his country in the US Army for 7 years where he participated in several international desert and urban training missions.
Reginald holds a MBA in Leadership from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. Reginald enthusiastically serves the community holding several Board of Directors positions and is a published author of the book UNFINISHED-40 Lessons on Purpose, Self and Becoming a Man.
Reginald shares life’s journey with his wife Shavonda and daughter Arden. He enjoys numerous physical activities including riding his road bike and motorcycle.
