As you make your way around the DMV you can probably spot a church every few blocks. So when you think about Church Planting in the DMV; a legitimate question would be, do we need more churches?

Pastor John McGovern of Restoration City Church & Pastor Allan McCullough of Grace Hill Church joined us to discuss church planting and its role in saturating the DMV with the Gospel.

John McGowan, Lead Pastor – Restoration City Church

John has served as the Lead Pastor of Restoration City Church in Washington, DC since it was planted in October of 2014.  Restoration City exists to see people restored by Jesus, in community, and for mission. John is a passionate communicator with a deep desire to see the Word of God transform individuals, neighborhoods and cities.

Allan McCullough, Grace Hill Church

Allan is the Pastor of Leadership and Preaching at Grace Hill Church in Herndon Virginia. He’s also a Directional and Shepherding Elder at Grace Hill. Allan has been in Pastoral ministry in Northern Virginia since 2008 and has a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Allan is married to his wife Kim and they two children: Leland and Christy.
