Shauna St. Clair Flemming

Shauna St. Clair Flemming is a dynamic Health Scientist, Equity Advocate and Ordained Minister with nearly two decades experience championing national health promotion initiatives. She currently worships at New Bethel Baptist Church in Washington D.C. and within the Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Capital Area Region. Dr. St. Clair Flemming holds a PhD in from Emory University School of Public Health and a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Shauna also earned a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University where she received the Saint James Academy Award for excellent Oratory Preaching, and the Wilbur F. Tillett Award for the best work in Ethics. She is a proud alumna of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
