There’s so much more to the job of a Pastors than worship service and it can be exhausting. There’s caring for people’s souls, moving a church in the direction God is calling it to go and not to mention the personal life of the Pastor. Yes, the Pastor has a life.

Pastor Victor Stanley, Senior Pastor – Calvary Baptist Church

Victor Stanley holds a BA from Moody Bible Institute, an MAR from Liberty Theological Seminary, and a M.Div. from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the senior pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Woodbridge, Virginia, where he has served the congregation there for more than twenty years. Born in Marion, IN. he later moved to Chicago where he met his wife, Cynthia. They have four adult children. Throughout his years in ministry he has served as president of the Married Students Fellowship at Moody Bible Institute, and has held positions in various churches as Director of Childrens ministry, Pastor of Christian Education, and Pastor of Worship and Arts. Additionally, he served as a member of the Board of Directors for Bethany Christian Services, Fairfax, VA. He has also been a public speaker on a forum on Behavior vs. Race (Family Research Council, Washington, DC). He has been a conference Speaker at men’s rallies and youth camps. He and his wife also team up as marriage coaches, as well as speaking at couple’s events.
