05 Jun Episode 28 | Millennial Ministry
On this episode of Good News for The City, we focus on the dynamics in serving, ministering to and mobilizing millennials. Our guests Jeremy White, President of Christian Young Adults and Restore Hope Consulting and Tysha Tolbert, Christian Social Entrepreneur discus how the Gospel is penetrating the millennial generation and changing lives.
Jeremy White is the Founder and President of RestoreHope Consulting, which was created to address the on-going organizational needs of community helpers and healers and in so doing to restore some of the hope that has been lost in communities around the country. It provides guidance in strategic planning, grant-writing and fundraising, marketing and government relations. Services also include trainings, workshops and other motivational speaking engagements.
For nearly three years, Mr. White was the Special Assistant for Faith-based Policy Outreach/Associate Director for Outreach for the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
Tysha Tolbert is a Christian Social Entrepreneur from Silver Spring MD. She is a graduate of the George Washington University, where she studied Computer Science and was a STEM professional focusing on technology sales and consulting for 13 years before going into business for herself.
Since launching her company, Professionally Pause, Tysha has focused on social impact and professional empowerment within the greater Washington metropolitan area, and looks forward to her new role as Event Director for OneHeartDC, where she will lead the charge of administrative leadership and coordination of the 2018 Washington Prayer Gathering this fall on the National Mall.
